Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct one at no charge.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.
